WARRANTY 

Warranty is for Engine & Gearbox, Back To Base Only as stated below.

.Engine :

Oil pump, Crankshaft, Big end bearings, Main bearings, Thrust Bearings, Camshaft & foliowers, Valves and valve guides, Pistons, Gudgeon pins, Piston Rings, Con rods, Cylinder head,  Oil Seals and gaskets, Clutch when affected by oil leaks. Excluding Water Pumps, Timing Belts and Associated Bearing and Tensioners

.Gearbox (Manual)

All internal components including – Main shaft, Lay gear, All gears, Synchro-hub assemblies, Baulk rings, Needle rollers, Bearings, Oil seals and gaskets. Excluding all external linkage.

.Gearbox (Automatic, incl. automated manual Gearboxes)

Oil pumps, Bands , Torque convertor , Valve block housing, Governor valve, Oil Seals and Gaskets , Speedo drive, but excluding all electrical parts & external linkage. Speedo drive, but excluding all electrical parts & external linkage.

. Oil Seals & Gaskets applicable for vehicles under 100,000 miles ONLY.

Any of warranty work to be carried out by Seller on ”Back to Base” Basis , it is buyers responsibility to return vehicle to seller without  causing more damage if warranty work is required  and it is buyers responsibility to arrange their own transport if needed .

Any warranty related work expenses that been carried out elsewhere will not be covered by seller.

Refund and Return Policy.

We want you to feel confident when buying a used car from us. This policy explains your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and how we handle issues if something goes wrong.

If the vehicle is faulty

After 30 days, you can ask us to repair the fault or provide a replacement. If the repair does not fix the issue or we cannot offer a suitable replacement, you may request a refund. Refunds made after the first 30 days may include a deduction to reflect the use of the vehicle.

If, within 30 days of the sale, the vehicle is not of satisfactory quality, as described or free from faults and you can prove they were present at the time of sale then please return the vehicle to us as we have the right to carry out an examination to ascertain the issue.  You may then have the short-term right to reject for a full refund which will be made to you within 14 days  of examining the vehicle providing all keys and documentation have also been returned.

If, after 30 days but within six months of the sale, the vehicle is not of satisfactory quality, as described or free from faults, these are assumed to have been present at the time of sale unless, we, the trader can prove otherwise.  We have the right to carry out an examination to ascertain the issue and have the right to offer to a repair or a replacement which you can choose whether to accept.

We only have one opportunity to rectify so if this fails within 30 days you may have the final right to reject for a full or partial refund (fair deduction for usage only based on 30p per mile).  The refund will be made within 14 days (see above)

If you change your mind

You do not have the statutory right to return a vehicle if you simply change your mind.

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear for the age and mileage of the vehicle
• Issues that were clearly disclosed and documented at the time of sale
• Problems caused by misuse, neglect or modifications after purchase

Collection vs. Return:

Each of our sale agreements explicitly states that, in the case of a return or refund, the customer must return the vehicle to  Car Deal Ltd . The vehicle must be returned in the same condition, including bodywork, as at the time of purchase.

If the customer prefers not to return the vehicle themselves, we can arrange collection. In that case, any reasonable costs for collection or to restore the vehicle to its original condition will be deducted from the agreed refund

Warranties.

Most of our cars come with a standard warranty. The length and coverage will vary depending on the vehicle. The warranty will explain what is covered, what is excluded and how to make a claim. Extended warranty options may also be available at the point of sale.

Delivery.
We offer nationwide delivery at £3 per mile, with a minimum charge of £50.Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Collection vs. Return:Each of our sale agreements explicitly states that, in the case of a return or refund, the customer must return the vehicle to the location where they took possession of it (e.g., the dealership premises). The vehicle must be returned in the same condition, including bodywork, as at the time of purchase.

Deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable if the customer decides to cancel the agreement or chooses not to pay the remaining balance.

Admin fee applies only for external finance vehicles  . External finance Admin fee is £400

Courtesy vehicles.
We do not provide courtesy vehicles, recovery services or cover any travel expenses.

This cancellation clause does not affect any rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended). Our team will continue to provide a smooth and straightforward service during these challenging times.
